Laboratory and Testing

We offer in-house or facility labs. Tests include CBC, CMP, A1C, and Urinalysis. Referrals for X-ray, Ultrasound, CT Scan, MRI, and Bone density are available.

Cash Paying Service

Cash-paying patients accepted for all services. Office visit: $100-$150 based on provider time. Additional costs for routine tests, labs, imaging, and procedures.
